When I was a little girl growing up in Saint Louis, Missouri I looked forward to the last day of school. Not because it was summer and school was out. But because at the end of each school term, my teacher would clean out the cabinets and drawers. She would give us extra homework sheets that we could use to practice with over the summer. I loved school. I loved to learn. I
I would do them in pencil so that I could erase my answers and do it again. I had done them so much over the summer that I knew the answers backwards and forwards. By the time I started the next grade, I was prepared because of all the hours I spent reviewing lessons learned in the previoius grade.
God desires to promote us to the next level. But are we ready? Can we meet His requirements?
Joshua 1:8 "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it." Practice makes perfect. Daily meditate on the Book. Learn the truths that you need to learn. Keep them in your heart. Review scriptures constantly until you know the truth. This is the only way, we will know God. Practice what you know and in due season God will give you the increase.
